Kyoomibery's Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to get your desired character drawn in my style

You will get : PNG format with simple color and white background (2 files).

Personal use only, commercial use with 2x of the original price.

Results will be sent via email or google drive link.

Working based on queues, estimated 5-7 days after i give you the sketch.

Maximum revisions are 3 times. extra charge if there need of changing character(s)/poses after I start with your commission.

No refund if you cancel in the middle of progress.

Refunds are only issued if I can’t complete the commission (within 2 months with no progress).

Payment is made upfront when sketch is done.

Payment via Paypal for international client.

Payment via BCA or Gopay for local client.

I will continue your commission once i got full payment.

Service requires the client to have a character design or reference sheet ready (head to toe with color base).

Feel free to contact me, give me some information about your characters and creations.

Please do not spam asking for updates at inappropriate times or several days in a row.

I will update you from time to time once I have accepted your commission.

Timeline : agreement → sketch & revision → half finish & revision → finish

As the artist, I have the rights to use your commission for personal use with watermark (commission sheet, portfolios etc.)

I will only upload Non HD version in social media (unless told not to)

The client may not allowed to change, modify, etc. my artwork without permission.

Prohibited to train AI models or for use with AI.
